Inside Sales Associate

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, and establishing long-term relationships with customers to increase sales revenue. The Inside Sales Associate will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho)
• Ability to learn and understand technical products and services quickly
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with market research, data analysis, and reporting
