JD below · 5+ years of experience gathering, refining, and managing business requirements – including at least one year doing so in support of Salesforce-based solutions. · Proven experience delivering quality outcomes in an Agile project management environment – including the ability to personally manage Agile project management platforms. · Proven ability to lead effective requirements gathering and refinement sessions. · Proven ability to proactively interpret, clarify, and refine business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, business use cases, and acceptance criteria. · Experience organizing business requirements into logical feature sets that can be delivered as individual packages. · Proven ability to properly test and validate delivered solutions against the original requirements. · Ability to actively listen during technical team discussions to ensure that what is being built meets the stated business requirements. · Experience helping to resolve identified data and processing issues.
