Role Description This is a full-time, onsite role for a Cafe Manager located in C V Raman Nagar , Bengaluru. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the cafe, including supervising staff, managing inventory, keeping financial records, and maintaining a comfortable atmosphere for customers.
Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience with managing budgets and financial records. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with food and beverage safety procedures and regulations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Job tags
