Job Profile: CRM Manager
Qualification: Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in handling CRM profile for a residential project
CTC: 4 – 6 Lakhs
JOB LOCATION: JOGESHWARI - WEST, MUMBAI
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Doing booking formalities for customers who are willing to book.
- Collection of payment dues, against demands generated with construction progress.
- Meet every booked customer who visits site office, ensure their queries are 100% resolved.
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards - Consistency in experience backed up by constant monitoring and necessary enhancements.
- Responsible in maintaining MIS of all booked customers details with the payment plans etc.
- Responsible for demand generation as per the payment schedule of a customer
- Managing post booking customer services till possession stage
- Assisting customers on allotment of Flats, Registration, Cancellation, Bank Loan Issues, Transfer of Deeds, Bank Loan processing of document
