Key Responsibilities:
- Chat and Email coordination with customers
- Effective communication via mail/chat
- Assist digital team with online campaigns.
- Protecting brand image and reputation in the market.
- Provide real-time support
- Escalating to relevant team(s) internally and/or externally
- Good communication (verbal & written)
- Proficiency with MS Office particularly MS Excel
- Customer-centric attitude
- Maintain accurate records
