Senior Data Analyst Duration: 6-month contract to hire Location: Remote in Bangalore, India until converted permanent and may be onsite some Requirements: 8+ years in data analytics Experience with Python, SQL, R, Tableau, ThinkCell, and DataBricks. Needs to be extremely analytical and experience working with very large data sets. Strong initiative and comfort with ambiguity, ready to lead projects from the ground up without established roles and responsibilities. Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Plusses: Advanced experience in modernizing data platforms and infrastructure, with a track record of implementing scalable data solutions. Deep understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques and their application in enhancing data analysis and decision-making processes. Knowledge of big data technologies, cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), and familiarity with data privacy standards. Daily Responsibilities: We are seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to join our Operations Systems team in Bangalore, India. This role is designed for an experienced professional with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build innovative solutions from scratch. The Data Analyst will be instrumental in modernizing our Operations data platforms and infrastructure, using a blend of analytics, modeling, and reporting. By evaluating complex data sets and leveraging tools like Tableau, ThinkCell, and DataBricks, this role aims to deliver enhanced reporting systems and provide timely, insightful information to guide strategic decisions.
