Position : Territory Sales Officer/ Executive/ Sr. Executive
Job Location : Cooch Behar, West Bengal
About the Company:
One of the leading construction chemical manufacturing
Job Requirement:
Minimum 3 - 8 years in retail sales in Building Materials Industry (Cement, Paints, Construction Chemicals, Adhesive etc.)
Job Role:
- Collecting references of undergoing site from retail outlets as LEAD & register in Lead Generation Management (LGM) app.
- New Placement – New retailer addition for distribution expansion.
- Enrolment of retailers in secondary schemes, monthly / annually. Disbursement of schemes with submission of supporting at Head Office on time.
- Promotional activities – Planning, organizing, conducting counter meet / In shop meet. Formal meet, as per monthly plan.
- Collecting / gathering feedback from the market about NANOFIX (reasons of acceptance & rejection of products) & information on competition brands.
- Collecting references of potential distributors of competition brands & related companies in building materials space, for faster replacement of distributors or appointment of additional distributors.
- Promotional activities – Planning, organizing, conducting counter meet / In shop meet. Formal meet, as per monthly plan.
- Collecting stock detail of distributors, Cement Direct Dealer (CDD), Tile Direct Dealer (TDD) in bucket wise (in every 10 days of the month). Collating secondary market outstanding detail jointly with the distributors/ CDDs & Cluster Head.
