Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Marathahalli, Bengaluru for a Performance Marketing Trainee (For Engineering/MBA Graduates)

1. You will be trained & will be responsible for Executing performance marketing campaigns such as Facebook Ads, Google Ad campaigns in a performance marketing agency (our digital marketing agency)

You will be responsible for Paid Social Media Advertising such as Facebook Ads.

2. Set-up, Measurement, Analysis, Reporting & Optimization of Campaigns

• Measure, analyze and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Optimize the performance of the campaigns to achieve the given leads target.
• Provide design direction for graphic designer and video editor and web developer to produce images/banners, videos/landing pages

3. Other ad-hoc tasks / responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong academic qualification is required
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads or Google Ads
• Digital marketing course or certification is a plus
