Digital Marketing/Catalogue Specialist

Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing cum Catalogue Specialist based in Bengaluru. They will be involved in digital products, such as web page design, digital newsletters, as well as online product listings and promotions. This is a great opportunity to work with a growing and innovative team.

1. Manage online marketplace dashboard

2. Be the point-of-contact person for end-to-end online aggregators platform

3. Collaborate with the aggregators POC (point of contact)

4. Monitor discounts and other offers and generate a monthly report

5. Ensure all products are listed online as instructed/guided

6. Assist in implementing standard development processes and guideline implementation

7. Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users

8. Coordinate with cross functioning departments

10. Track, control and monitor cancellation order and returns

11. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report

12. Onboarding and listing on new platforms

13. Prepare a detailed monthly report like Sales, orders, cancellations details, growth, non-availabilities, top and low performing products etc

Qualifications & Experience

• Digital marketing experience, with knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, what's app and email marketing
• Ability to take 360-degree ownership of the catalog production process, including ideation, design, execution, and optimization
• Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
