Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Workflow Development : Design build and refine workflows that support both inhouse and third party digital marketing campaigns.
  2. Performance Analysis : Develop scorecards reports and dashboards of marketing KPIs to convey results to the management team and other stakeholders.
  3. A/B Testing : Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages lead collection processes email performance and other campaign elements.
  4. Database Management : Collaborate with the sales and BDR teams to ensure data hygiene accurate segmentation and audience analysis.
  5. Tool Proficiency : Utilize and maintain a deep understanding of sales and marketing platforms such as HubSpot Salesforce Sales Navigator Lusha and Slintel.
  6. Project Coordination : Collaborate with various stakeholders including marketing sales and other functional areas to set and drive campaign requirements.

Qualifications:

4 years of experience in B2B marketing operations preferably in a SAAS environment with a strong understanding of operations and analytics.

Proven campaign management experience including the ability to coordinate and drive requirements across multiple functional areas.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders to prioritize tasks and projects.

Proficiency in sales and marketing platforms with handson experience in HubSpot and Salesforce being a must.

Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Datadriven mindset and the ability to extract meaningful insights from marketing KPIs.
