About the role
We are looking to hire a member to lead the customer lifecycle management for our growing user base. This role will focus on strategizing and implementing measures to enhance engagement and retention across both candidate and recruiter journeys. Key Responsibilities - Thorough analysis of user drop-offs to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement. - Creating innovative campaigns to reduce drop-offs and boost conversions. - Utilizing automation tools such as Webengage (or similar platforms) to set up and manage these campaigns. - Regular monitoring and evaluation of campaign performance to inform strategic adjustments. - Accurately reporting on funnel metrics, providing insights and recommendations in a timely fashion. - A knack for creating compelling content for emails, push notifications, and more is crucial, as is the ability to craft messages that resonate with our audience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with minimum 2+ years experience in the Growth Marketing industry. Ideally, we want someone who has 2 to 3 years of extensive experience in managing user lifecycle campaigns in a product centric company. Particulars Immediate joiners from Bangalore are preferred. 6 days work from office model.Job tags
