Job description
As a part of Revenue Ops in the Financial Planning and Analysis role, you will play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting efforts. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to support business decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain multiple data models to analyse Sales, Marketing, and other allied sales functions performance.
- Prepare sales reporting to forecast future performance and support key business initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular Sales, Financial, and KPI reports, including variance analysis, budgeting, Sales Compensation, and Forecasting.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data, analyse trends, and provide insights to optimize performance Revenue Organization.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term plans.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate Sales, Marketing, and other allied Sales function performance against KPIs, highlighting areas for improvement and proposing actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to the improvement of Revenue Org processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- MBA or exposure to Sales Operations function with relevant certification (e.g., CA, CA inter, ICWA, etc.) is a plus.
- Proven experience (7-8 years) in financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a dynamic business environment.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc.). Exposure to Salesforce and PowerBI will be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey financial information to stakeholders effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and a proactive mindset in problem-solving.
