Job description
1.Getting accurate, real-time visibility of team performance
2.Comparing individual performances within a sales team
3.Better forecasting to help your reps work as a team
4.Creating, communicating and compensating understandable goals
Maintaining the CRM and other sales tools
5 Downloading P.O
6. Payment reconciliation
7.Damages and short supplies reconciliation
8. Debit note follow ups and reconciliation.
9. Dispatch coordination with depot.
Requirements :
1 Proficiency in computers
2 Knowledge of VLOOKUP , Pivot, PPT, Advance excel etc
3 Exposure to Panels of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit etc. for downloading P.O, coordinating invoices etc
4 At least graduate. MBA will be preferred.
5 At least 4-5 years work experience as sales coordinator
