Objective: At Office BEACON we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to
transform concepts and ideas into visually compelling representations both in print
and electronic media. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in current design
software excelling in every step of the design process from concept to final
deliverable. This role involves collaborating with various teams across the company
creating designs that effectively communicate written ideas and align with branding
and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
Work on a variety of projects and media utilizing design software to create
innovative graphic designs that align with business goals.
Obtain input from managers to ensure designs meet organizational standards
brand expectations and accurately express ideas.
Work independently and collaboratively with team leaders to meet deadlines.
Evaluate existing processes identify flaws and propose solutions to enhance
design capabilities.
Develop design concepts using software execute original content and
determine the ideal use of color text font style imagery and layout.
Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials.
MustHaves:
Minimum 1 year of experience working on Photoshop & Illustrator.
Proficient in English communication as the role involves interaction with US
customers.
Onboarding scheduled for 12th February.
Local candidates only.
Willingness to work 5 days a week from the office.
Comfortable working in US Shift (6:30 pm to 4:30 am IST).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
Minimum of one year of experience with design software including Illustrator
& Photoshop.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to meet deadlines in a
fastpaced environment.
Desire to continue building skill set through training.
