Job description

Description We are looking for a committed individual with holistic experience in marketing. It would be desirable to have REAL ESTATE (RESIDENTIAL) experience in the chosen professional. We need a smart person who can bring the combined objectives of sales, business development, branding and lead generation into this role.

Roles and Responsibilities: ·

Revenue commitment and sales finalization is critical for this role ·

Sensitivity to customers for buying experience is essential ·

Sales and Marketing team support ·

Coordinate to achieve management objectives for sales and marketing ·

Understands and is able to take prospects through various sale stages ·

Customer engagement, experience, endorsements and references are important result areas ·

Takes ownership of revenue and pricing objectives ·

Is good at documentation and following through agreements ·

Has experience in working with sales management systems ·

Is proficient in information-education-awareness-presentation skills ·

Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2B and B2C sales calls. Leverage on a strong network of Channel/Sales Partners and existing customers to achieve set targets. ·

Consistently build on the Channel/sales partners network to acquire new business and manage customers in collaboration with them. Conduct regular meetings with partners with the purpose of both engagement and empanelment to drive more business. ·

Actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements. Possess in-depth product knowledge (and micro information at project level) and communicates the same effectively to prospects. ·

Meet with prospects, organize and conduct site visits and strive to establish a strong client relationship with an aim to convert from proposal to confirmed status ·

Converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which matching the investment need of the prospects ·

Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with cross functional teams for any clarification required ·

Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution ·

Effectively manage all your opportunities while managing a sales pipeline to achieve targets on a monthly and quarterly basis. ·

Training and motivating team members for achieving the set targets

Team Good communication and interfacing skills in English, Hindi and Telugu. We are looking for professionals across experience range. Local presence in Hyderabad and ability to work at KOMPALLY. Only salespersons who are comfortable to travel and move across in the location and across HYD city for work purposes, may apply.
