Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of coral designers
- Planning of work
- Delegation of work
- Ensuring the work is completed on stated timelines
- Preparing coral designs out of jewellery sketches
- Training & Development of coral team
- Motivating team & ensuring a positive work flow
Requirements
- Graduate degree
- Experience Required - 8+ Year
- Market - Export (US & UK)
- Excellent grip on Coral software
- Good knowledge of Jewellery Designing in coral
- Proven experience in coral leadership roles within the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Coral tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated success in driving a team
