Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager to join our team at Plantrich Agri Tech Pvt Ltd. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This is a senior position, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in quality management. The job location is Kottayam, Kerala, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager in the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of oil extraction, spices, and coffee processing
  • Expertise in Quality Assurance and Total Quality Management (TQM)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality standards and procedures for all products
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and certifications
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify quality issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems
  • Manage and train the quality assurance team
  • Monitor and analyze product quality data to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify areas for process optimization and implement corrective actions
  • Lead customer complaint resolution and implement preventive measures
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management
