Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer Department: Technology Location: Delhi (Lado Sarai) Job Type: Full Time Work Type: Work from office Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business objectives and exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities: ● Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust full-stack applications. ● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. ● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices. ● Implement front-end and back-end components using modern technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.Js, and Python. ● Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance. ● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. ● Troubleshoot and debug issues, and propose solutions to address them. ● Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend integration of new tools and frameworks to improve development processes. ● Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team. ● Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the quality of deliverables through testing and automation. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. ● 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development. ● Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JS frameworks like React or Angular. ● Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. ● Solid understanding of server-side technologies such as Node.Js, Python, or Java. ● Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. ● Familiarity with version control systems (e.G., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. ● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
