Req : 6+ years"No of Position : 3Work Location : MumbaiPreferred Candidate : MumbaiWork From Office !!Immediate Candidates are Preferred !!Roles and Responsibilities :Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.6+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex IT projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, with the ability to tailor methodologies to suit project needs.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional project teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and convey project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to project management.Solid understanding of IT governance frameworks, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.Experience with project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
