DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
About the role Reporting to Sales Director, the role will be responsible to develop, maintain and manage a 3X funnel based on vendor's set revenue targets, quantify marketing investments, drive, and set objectives for each marketing activity.
As the Business unit Head you will: - Manage a team of product managers from key and Growth vendor space.
- Drive revenue and TM for assigned products
- Manage Vendor relations through engagement with regional heads and leadership team of vendors, ensuring vendor KPI delivered by team.,
- Regular review of the Product team to ensure Business hygiene and ensuring team maintain healthy Distributor Market share
- Review Pipeline growth and order intake.
- Maintain healthy P&L , ensuring timely collections, inventory and executing Profitable deals
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |
About you The ideal Business Unit Head: - Bachelor's degree
- Any Vendor Sales Association certifications
- Minimum 7-10 Year Experience In IT Sales
- Basic Understanding of Networking / security Solutions
- Working Knowledge On Excel and Power Point
- Fluent In Communication
