Runo is call management company that offers a seamless and easy-to-set-up call management CRM app. The app provides a modern way of managing outbound sales and tele-calling processes with features such as Auto Caller, call recording, live team status, real-time performance analytics, and follow-up notifications. Role Description: This is a full-time onsite role for a Product Designer located in Hyderabad. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs and innovative customer experiences for the company's app. The Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work on designing interfaces, workflows, and visualizations to deliver exceptional experiences to the end-users. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, or other design-related fields 3+ years of proven experience in delivering end-to-end user interface design solutions for mobile/web applications and responsive websites Skilled in visual design, with a solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and design systems Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and InVision Studio Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Dev Teams, and other Designers Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus Experience with animation, motion graphics, and prototyping tools is a plus You can check us out here -Job tags
