- Collective Bargaining & Signing off trusted Long-Term Settlement
- Strategy & Road Map for Collective Bargaining
- Floor Intelligence to champion settlement
- Aligning Committee in off Meetings for LTS
- Validation of Committee members for right representation
- To drive LTS meeting on the basis of consolidation of action plan
- To establish Engagement Platforms for Blue Collars
- To drive Grievance redressal & monitor the TAT
- To drive R&R & its Governance
- To drive engagement events
- To sustain and execute Career Aspiration Plan & PMS – Annual Gradations
- To do the details Planning and necessary tie-ups with institutes for higher education. Drive Governance system
- To do the detailing of Councils for fair Job Rotations
- To benchmark Companies & develop a Joint drive for mutually beneficial Courses in ITI or Institutes
- Coordination with concerned department to conclude performance Management process for Technicians.
- Compliance, Liasioning & Community Management
- Develop Monthly Labor Scan, concern trends, community request, Government requests for Plant Leadership Team
- Value Relationship with Government authorities from Local to Regional Office
- Contribute towards adherence of safety norms and improvement of safety.
- Compliance to labour laws
- Shop Floor ER Management & Employee concerns
- Maintain & Motivate Shop floor Intelligence.
- Feedback of Concern resolutions to group of workers at workstation, Devise process to lower down the employee concerns
- Identify cases which requires disciplinary intervention
- Design processes to reduce indiscipline in Shopfloor
