Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the preparation and cooking of food in the kitchen. You will be working closely with the Head Chef and helping to maintain our high standards of food quality and presentation. You must be able to effectively lead and manage a team of kitchen staff and ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills, with experience in Indian and multi-cuisine food preparation and cooking
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Attention to detail and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards and practices
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related fields
- Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel, restaurant, or catering company is desirable
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines
