Role & Responsibilities

• Apparel Sourcing:
• Understanding of the apparel sourcing process.
• Knowledge of different fabrics, materials, and production techniques.
• Production Processes:
• In-depth knowledge of technical and production processes in apparel manufacturing.
• Ability to coordinate with factories/vendors to ensure smooth sampling and bulk production.
• Sampling and Bulk Production Follow-up:
• Oversee and manage the sampling process, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Follow up on bulk production to ensure it aligns with the approved samples.
• Purchase Order (PO) Creation:
• Generate and manage purchase orders for materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain detailed records of POs and related documentation.
• Data Management:
• Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems for data entry and management.
• Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and other related tasks.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Effectively communicate with internal teams, factories, and vendors.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth flow of information and processes.
• Problem Solving:
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to production, quality, and timelines.
• Trend Awareness:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
