Job description
Role: UI-UX Designer
Experience: Min 2 Years (relevant)
The ideal candidate will have experience in creating mockups to present to teams, collecting feedback, and creating a quality piece of work. This individual should be comfortable with building App and web designs, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to provide project manners and inevitably execute based on outlined criteria. This candidate should have strong creative and design skills and be familiar with various design technologies.Â

Roles and Responsibilities
- Investigating user experience design requirements for our digital assets.
- Optimize all elements of the online user experience for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for our digital products.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Leading the UX research and periodic usability studies to improve our visual design continuously
- May lead a small team of 1-3 designers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A bachelor's degree and Min. 2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A team player but can work independently too.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Preferable some experience of managing a team
- Preferably experience with new-age consumer-facing companies like Uber/Ola, Amazon/Flipkart, Paytm/Phonepe/Google Pay, Big Basket, Netflix/Hotstar, Swiggy/Zomato, Makemytrip/Yatra, Gaana/Spotify, etc
