Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining and organizing records, conducting research, and providing general office support.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
Qualifications specific to the job that would be beneficial include experience with data entry, knowledge of basic accounting principles, experience with scheduling software, and experience with office equipment such as printers and scanners.
