Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join as a Project Coordinator. In this key position you will play a vital role, coordinating and supporting our Product Assessors team, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of their responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the KPIs of the Product Assessor Teams, utilising data and producing a monthly report.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to track the qualification process for Product Assessors.
  • Coordinate training sessions provided and received by the Product Assessors.
  • Develop tools aimed at enhancing efficiency in activities related to the Product Assessor Team.
  • Maintain an overview of tasks assigned to Product Assessors, identifying potential gaps in the calendar and discussing them with Team Managers.
  • Keep track of competency codes and their maintenance for the Product Assessor team in collaboration with the Training Team and Team Managers.
  • Monitor all scheduled work, including completion dates and durations, to optimize task assignments.
  • Organize meetings and events as needed.
  • Establish communication with other teams, including local delivery offices, the Operation team, and the Final Review team.
  • Conduct prechecks on scheduled work, assess suitability, and create systems for optimized monitoring activities by the Product Assessor Team.
  • With the support of the Technical Manager, update processes and forms when necessary.
  • Provide support to Product Assessors in their activities.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Previous project coordination or management experience, preferably with multiple parallel projects.
  • IT tools and process development for project management.
  • Minimum Bachelor's level with a scientific or technical background.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, fostering good working relationships.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and commit to continuous personal and professional development.
  • Ability to follow procedures, rules, and best practices applied by SGS.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of QMS/Medical Device approval processes.
  • Certificate of project management skills (e.g., Project Management Professional certificate).
