Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls and facilitating communication between clients, handling receptionist duties including clerical tasks, and providing outstanding customer service to our students and clients. The position is located in Kochi and may require additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience with Receptionist duties and Clerical Skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Attention to detail and organization
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or certification in related field preferred)

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include fluency in multiple languages, experience in the healthcare or education industry, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
