Company Description Bootstrappers’ Research Council (BRC) is a Section-8 non-profit organization that facilitates an ecosystem for increasing innovation in the campus community. The organization focuses on all stakeholders, including students, faculty, alumni, industry, investors, and society at large. BRC acts as a special-purpose vehicle for incubation and investment.

Role Description Bootstrappers' Research Council is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support the senior management team. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and generating expense reports. The role will also include providing executive support in various administrative areas and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. This is a remote position.

Office and Remote Support: ● Provide in-office support as needed, including handling administrative tasks and managing physical office logistics of the CEO’s Office. ● Whenever required, be available for in-person and/or remote/virtual meetings,calls to etc. and effectively handle tasks and work schedules.

Meeting Coordination: ● Coordinate and schedule both in-person and virtual meetings, ensuring all Digital communication channels applicable are enabled for the meetings. ● Prepare and share invitations, agendas, documents, and Minutes for Meetings to participants and stakeholders as advised by the CEO.

Travel Arrangements: ● Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, for both in-person and virtual meetings in coordination with parties concerned.

Task Prioritization: ● Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently, ensure deadlines are met and objectives of the CEO’s Office are achieved. ● Anticipate needs of the CEO’s Office, proactively plan and implement priority tasks to enable faster completion of tasks with accuracy.

Confidentiality: ● Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

● A Post Graduate is a must, a MBA is a plus. ● Proven experience of about 4 - 5 years as Corporate Secretary / Executive Assistant or similar role in a fast paced, dynamic business environment. ● Strong organizational and multitasking skills. ● Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal. ● Tech-savvy with excellent proficiency in virtual collaboration tools, MS Office and other productivity tools. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Flexibility to work in-office and remotely as needed. ● Have a Can-do attitude ● A fast learner and contributor. ● A pleasing demeanor with integrity is a big plus.
