Role and Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Operations Team Lead to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of network engineers to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our clients network infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with managers engineering and operations staff to achieve organizational objectives meet deadlines and uphold customer service standards.

Candidate Qualifications:

To be successful in this position you should have:

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Exceptional communication skills including written verbal and customer presentations
• 5 years of experience in leading mentoring and motivating a team of network engineers
• Proven ability to achieve organizational and operational objectives meet deadlines targets and KPIs
• 10 years of relevant IT industry experience in Networks with knowledge of SDWAN Azure Cloud Networking NexGen FW SASE and MPLS
• Good understanding of the following technologies: Palo Alto Fortinet Checkpoint FW Cisco VMWare Juniper Azure F5 DNS
• Demonstrated highlevel organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work effectively
• Experience working within an SLAdriven environment to the ITIL framework
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving escalated network incidents providing level 3/4 engineering support
• Certifications in the Network industry such as CCNP CCNA NSEX PCNSE Juniper Cert or others
