Job description
Responsibilities
. 6-7+ years of relevant post qualification experience with at least 2 year of experience in a BPO environment.
. Exceptional understanding of prior-stage work
. Takes responsibility for work & direct reporting team members
. Effectively train & mentor department team members
. Ability to lead and motivate team to achieve performance goals
. Ability to manage processes to metrics
. Experience in managing client relationships and addressing issues
. Working knowledge in ERP
Technical and Professional Requirements:
. Manage resources/staffing, to optimize performance
. Load management
. SLA/KPI Management
. Participation in cadence calls/meetings
