Job description

We're looking for a Creative Brand Manager to join a leading D2C fashion brand focussing on the comfortable innerwear category.

You'll lead marketing initiatives across social media, Influencer Marketing, Content, and Community. If you have strong leadership skills, a track record of managing teams, and a pulse on modern marketing, let's talk!

Key Responsibilities: Marketing Maestro : Devise and execute killer marketing strategies in line with Bummer's brand vision. Team Whisperer : Lead and inspire a talented marketing team, managing at least 3+ individuals to greatness. Social Savvy : Shape Bummer's social media presence, ensuring a consistent and engaging vibe across platforms. Influencer Alchemist : Forge and maintain relationships with influencers, conjuring impactful campaigns for wider brand reach. Content Guru : Drive the creation of jaw-dropping, on-brand content across channels, from websites to blogs. Community Conductor : Cultivate a lively community around the Bummer brand, enhancing engagement and loyalty. Numbers Ninja : Analyze campaign performance, using data insights to optimize strategies for maximum brand impact.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. 4+ years as a Brand Manager (or similar) in D2C or marketing agencies. Proven track record of leading and managing teams. Jedi-level understanding of social media, influencer marketing, content creation, and community engagement.

Skills and Competencies: Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strategic thinker with a flair for creativity. A communicator extraordinaire with strong interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset, turning data into marketing gold. Always one step ahead with knowledge of industry trends.
