Vocalix Ltd lies at the heart of the mobile VAS industry.Our technology solutions cater to a niche market in international telecoms which facilitates millions of mobile transactions a month, based on existing telco infrastructure.We are a market leader, specializing in the IPRN and wholesale voice aggregation industries.==================================================================We are currently seeking to hire a Junior Wholesale Voice interconnection specialist who will help us grow our international carrier footprint in the markets we operate in and also expand into new markets.Your responsibilities will include:Actively interact with various market participants via on-line medium (e-mail, cold calling, Skype).Build business cases with prospective partners, including requirement profiling, pricing and payment terms.Contract negotiation.Partner on-boarding via our in-house carrier platform.Daily account management to seek new market opportunities and secure traffic deals.On-going analysis of partner performance, including traffic monitoring, handling trouble tickets and reviewing different metrics.Act as a liaison between different company departments (Rates, Billing, IT) and partners.Participate in monthly and quarterly meetings with management to review performance and suggest solutions to on-going issues.In order for us to consider you for this role, your professional background should tick ALL of the below:You have at least 2 years of experience in telecoms either as an Account Manager, NOC Technician, Rate Specialist or Billing functions.Your English is outstanding (both Written and Spoken).You feel comfortable using software solutions (OSS/BSS, Excel, Outlook etc).Compensation includes a base pay + commission.This job is open for remote candidates only.This role is for full time only.
