Drive Sales targets of the region by supporting FLS recruitment, managing flow of leads to FLS & ensuring on time closure with timely meeting.
Manage the direct reporting FLS Team on delivery of sales volume and develop them for future managerial role.
Implement lead, activity management system, initiatives & formulate medium term direction for the team.
Maximize assigned territory's results by a combination of sales taret achievement and expense managements.
Meet with FLS on weekly basis to review performance against budget and targets and identify performance strengths and weaknesses.
Focus on developing the top of lead funnel to sustain and grow business unit & strengthen the relationship.
Create and manage the lead sources for Business development.
Conduct meeting to review performance, disseminate company information, address common problems and concerns, encourage communication and rally team to achieve goals.
Host events for customers to develop new and long term relationship.
Disseminate information on incentives, promotion policy through Goalsheet assigned.
Organize & conduct continuous performance development with support of Trainers for educating, skill enhancement and motivation of the team.
Manage all aspects of the area alloted including customer servicing, facilities, equipment and supplies.
Ensure team work in accordance with company standards, regulation and ethics.
Keep upto date with market developments, company policies, procedures, sales process and legislation and disseminate to team.
