Requirement: Pursuing a PhD in Machine Learning or Recommender Systems and Personalization. Some of the areas that we would be particularly interested in are: Long Term Optimization, Reinforcement Learning, Bandit Algorithms, Causal Inference, Deep Learning for recommender systems.
