Ensure the integration of lighting, textures, and materials to achieve high-quality renderings. 5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance rendering techniques and overall visual quality. *Requirements:* 1. Proven experience as a 3D Artist with a focus on architectural visualization. 2. Proficiency in 3D modeling software, including 3DMax, Lumion, Corona, and V-Ray. 3. Strong understanding of architectural principles, design concepts, and spatial awareness. 4. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate 2D designs into immersive 3D environments and Virtual reality 5.
