Role Description Software Development Team Lead The Software Development Team Lead will be part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise-grade software systems on top of the Microsoft .NET development stack. The Software Development Team Lead will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship. Duties and Responsibilities : Leadership:- Guide team for successful project delivery Provide technical leadership and mentorship Maintain high software quality standards Collaboration:- Collaborate on planning, design, and development Assist in user requirements and documentation Participate in peer-reviews Development and Deployment:- Design, develop, and test applications Package and support release deployment Migrate legacy applications to new technologies Problem Solving and Support:- Analyze and resolve technical issues Provide third-level support to business users Continuous Improvement:- Assess opportunities for improvement Research and evaluate software products Requirements and skills : ● Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer ● Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)) ● Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3 ● Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC), agile methodologies, automated testing, and CI/CD ● Work experience in .Net Core ● Good hands on SQL sever with complex stored procedure , Joins , Views. ● Understanding of Agile methodologies ● Strong debugging and optimization skills ● Comprehensive understanding of OOP and SOA principles ● Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Desired Attitude: ● Positive, energetic, and results-driven with a focus on getting tasks accomplished. ● Empathetic and capable of effectively managing team dynamics in various scenarios. ● Proficient in guiding teams through example-based leadership rather than simply asking for direction. Attitude Assessment: Assessed by a Lead Team Member within 1 day. 4. Technical & Cultural Fit: Evaluated by the CEO within 2 days. 5. Offer Discussion & Role Clarity: Finalized by HR within 1 day.
