International Voice Process
Roles & Responsibilities:
● The candidate has to Support through Voice.
● The candidate has to respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
● The candidate has to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
● The candidate should have the ability to build rapport with the customer.
● The candidate should have the ability to overcome objections and ask for business.
Key Skills:
● Candidates will be preferred based on their understanding of ecommerce websites
● Should possess effective Written & Verbal Communication skills and Comprehension skills.
● Should have excellent typing Speed (At least 30 WPM).
● Should have Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills & should be a team player.
Eligibility Criteria:
● Undergrads with minimum 6 months exp and above ( No Pursuing Candidate)
● Minimum understanding of Customer Service & should have a minimum of 6 months of
experience in international voice or chat support roles.
● Should be flexible to work for both Voice and Chat support.
● Immediate joiners are preferred.
● 100% work from the office
● Willing to work 24-7 shifts (Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts and rotational shifts)
