Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admission Counselor. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for assisting prospective students with their applications, answering questions about our programs and services, and providing excellent customer service. The role will be based in Noida.

Qualifications

• Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Communication Skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Education
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the higher education industry is a plus
