Job description
He/she will be the Front line sales Manager & monitor Sales activity by his team of BDOs / SA s operative in assigned Regions.
He/ She should guide , train , monitor & Coach his team on a regular basis for improving their business outcome .
He / She Would be responsible for the Sales Target of the Region by perfect planning of Sales activities & deputation of his BDOs in concurrence to RM .
He/ She would be responsible for planning Sales activities & Deputation plan of his team of BDOs in concurrence to RM and submit to Corporate Office on or before 25th of previous month to ensure the start of activities from 1st Day of the month.
He/ She is the Outbound Sales Head of his assigned Region & Should ensure proper functioning of the Sales Department in concurrence & guidance of the RO Set Up.
