As a Site Engineer specializing in Structural and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the structural aspects of construction projects, ensuring the successful implementation of structural and PEB components. You will play a crucial role in coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring the adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the process. Responsibilities:

Structural Planning and Execution: Develop detailed plans for the execution of structural and PEB elements in projects. Coordinate with project managers to understand project requirements and specifications. PEB Design and Implementation: Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate and efficient Pre-Engineered Building design. Oversee the fabrication and installation of PEB components, ensuring compliance with design standards. Site Coordination: Supervise on-site activities related to structure and PEB, providing technical guidance to construction teams. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders. Quality and Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet project specifications. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the construction site to ensure a secure working environment. Material Management: Manage the procurement and utilization of construction materials for structural and PEB components. Ensure the timely delivery of materials to meet project timelines. Problem Resolution: Identify and address any structural or PEB-related issues that may arise during construction. Collaborate with engineering teams to find effective and timely solutions. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of structural and PEB-related activities. Prepare regular progress reports for project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Proven experience in managing structural components and PEB in projects. Familiarity with relevant design software and tools. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction. Candidates who have worked in greenfield/brownfield project is preferred.
