Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Assesses product and process quality
2. Defines the project quality plan
3. Realizes the project quality audits
4. Reviews process application against Autoliv Development Standards
5. Reviews process application against ASPICE model
6. Supports project and software milestone preparations
7. Reviews work-products (e.g. software build audit, checklist reviews)
8. Reports non-compliances and process deviations
9. Defines corrective actions and tracks their advancement
10. Manages quality assurance metrics
11. Supports external audits (e.g. SPICE assessments ,Functional Safety,
Cybersecurity)
12. Supports development process improvement
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, majored in Computer Science/Engineering, or
a related discipline, preferably with specialization or related
experience in the area of embedded software development
2. Experience in software quality assurance activities
3. Experience in conducting software audits/process compliance checks
4. Good understanding of software development life-cycle and development
5. Customer-oriented, able to learn independently and work
systematically under tight schedules
6. Ability to work independently and in a team based environment
7. Ability to solve problems creatively
8. Good written and oral communication skills
9. Knowledge of Automotive SPICE and/or Functional and/or Safety
Cybersecurity would be added advantage
