Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with business clients to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential B2B clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Understand client needs and objectives to tailor solutions that align with their business goals.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiation:
- Conduct compelling presentations to showcase our products/services and demonstrate their value proposition.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback to enhance our products/services based on client insights.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Utilize market intelligence to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-6months of B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation:
- Initial 1 to 4 months: INR 20,000 per month.
- After the initial period, compensation will be revised based on performance, with a range of INR 4-5 LPA.
