As a Sales Associate, you will represent Cinzac & Thermax Steam Engineering Products and Services in your assigned territory. Your role will encompass marketing, conducting steam audits, and preparing technical proposals and sales for customers in Kerala using process heating.

As a Sales Associate for Thermax, you will: Extensive market coverage to identify potential customers in industries requiring steam engineering solutions. Conducting steam and process pipeline audits Preparing technical offers and schematic diagrams of customer's requirements Marketing and sales of steam engineering products and solutions. Preparation and maintenance of a detailed customer database for targeted sales approaches. Finalisation of orders and development of long-term customer relationships for repeat business. Achievement of sales targets and continuous business growth in alignment with company objectives. Brand building through participation in industry events, seminars, and digital marketing initiatives. Collaboration with engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance. Job Specifications: Qualification:

Graduate in Engineering or related field. Experience:

Preferably less than 2 years in a sales role, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the steam engineering sector. Attributes:

Strong interpersonal skills, innovative marketing approaches, target-oriented, and a passion for travel and customer engagement. Competencies:

Ability to establish relationships, convince clients of product benefits, sell applications, and adhere to company processes.
