Job description

• Nao Medical is seeking an Affiliate Content Manager who will be responsible for driving the success of our affiliate program by developing and executing a strategic content plan

• Your role involves creating compelling, SEO-optimized content for affiliate partners in the healthcare and wellness niche
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate content with marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and provide ongoing support to our affiliate partners
• You play a vital role in promoting our healthcare facility and enhancing our online presence through engaging and compliant affiliate content

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy for Nao Medical, focusing on driving traffic and revenue through affiliate partnerships

• Create compelling and engaging content for affiliate marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media content, emails, and promotional materials.

• Ensure that all content aligns with Nao Medicals brand voice, values, and messaging

• Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor affiliate program performance, including clicks, conversions, and revenue generated

• Analyze data and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of affiliate campaigns and identify areas for improvement

• Maintain regular communication with affiliate partners, offering support, answering queries, and providing resources to enhance their promotion efforts

• Ensure all affiliate content and activities comply with industry regulations, ethical standards, and Nao Medicals policies

Requirements

• Reliable wired internet connection with a speed of at least 25 Mbps.

• Computer/laptop with a minimum of Intel Core i3 processor or equivalent. Having a dual screen for increased productivity is a plus.

• Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version) with regular updates.

• RAM: Minimum 4 GB, preferably 8 GB or more for smoother multitasking.

• Hard drive: At least 128 GB of free storage space for software and data.

• Functioning webcam and microphone for clear communication.

• Updated antivirus software to ensure data security and protection against cyber threats. Having a VPN is preferred but not required.

• Reliable backup systems for electricity and internet outages are in place.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or content management, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry

• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools
