The Lead HR executive will perform human resources-related duties at the professional level and will carry out responsibilities in the core generalist areas with excellent communication, coordination and management skills.
Experience: 8+ Years
Employee Onboarding and offboarding:
- Facilitate on-boarding formalities for new hires, documentation, conduct orientation session for all systems.
- Mange the buddy assigning process.
- Manage offboarding processes, initiate access removal requests & no dues clearances for all departments, issuing F&F Workings & relieving letters on time.
- Training on all HR tools and systems for new joiners
HR Systems Management & Reporting:
- Maintain and update HR database and systems, ensuring data accuracy.
- Improve the functionality and usability of HRIS platform to streamline administrative tasks, automate workflows, and provide better analytics for decision-making. Generating reports as per business requirements.
- Regular reporting to stakeholder and leadership.
- Manage change in employee data.
- Ensure all the personnel data are captured and updated on regular basis.
Payroll:
- Share payroll inputs with the payroll vendor & ensure accurate and timely processing of employee's payroll & address employee payroll-related queries.
- Drive Annual Salary revision process across the organization and off cycle salary revisions.
- Ensuring completion of full and final settlements for all exiting employees along with release of reliving letter
- Issuance of Form 16 for current and exited employees.
- Training of payroll tool for revision of salary structure
Employee requests and letters:
- Issue all types of letters – appointment letter, appraisal letters, salary revision letters, title change letters, relieving letter, absconding & termination letter, bonafide letter, letter for visa processing, reference letter etc.
- Employee query resolution /management
Compliance:
- Filling of all statutory compliances and ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant.
- Handle employee queries with regards to PF & approve on-line PF requests.
Audit:
- Handle external/internal Audits as SPOC from HR.
- Maintenance of physical files for old personnel records
- Maintenance of old statutory files and data in the HR store
Background Verification and Ex-employee verification:
- Ensure all the reports are received and l the discrepancies are highlighted with Head of HR.
- Provide ex-employment verifications/ queries /issues raised by to ex-employees.
HR Operations:
- Maintaining and Sharing org structure for the entire organization.
- Maintaining and updating all the process and policies.
- Contract management for all the employees on contract.
- Maintain year on year head count reports – old and new.
- Leave and Attendance Management
- Create and maintaining Holiday calendar.
- Benefits Management
Desired Skills and experience:
• MBA HR with Proven experience of 8+ years in the field of core generalist profile
• Ability to work on multiple tasks.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft office, advance excel and Visio.
• Proficiency in handling HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) - automated and manual, both.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong decision-making skills. Proactive and detailed oriented skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
