Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiting Manager at Prem Green Pvt Ltd in Jaipur. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Should have Experience in End to End Recruitment (Non –IT) Process and other HR Activities.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies
• Excellent communication skills
• Expertise in Employee Relations
• masters degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Experience in the FMCG industry is Must
