Job Description
Reporting into National Sales Manager, your responsibilities would include the following:
- Develop and implement territory plans to maximise sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the regional sales team.
- Manage and oversee the Distributor Networks.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and key opinion leaders.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
- Planning and developing sales strategies to meet the company's sales objective.
- Travelling extensively and building strong relationships with all Hospitals and Distributors in the territory and maintaining excellent Customer Relationship.
- Developing customer base for market expansion especially for key products. Generate New Business from the existing client.
- SolveResolve substantial number of unanswered issues within defined SLAs/agreed time lines.
- Ensuring substantial number of new products introduced to key account and success for it and substantial percentage increase in the revenue generated through cross-selling.
- Monitoring overall zone performance and ensure product wise business targets are achieved.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10 - 15 years in sales & business development.
- Preferable 3-5 years of functional/sound fundamentals of sales process along with, Distributors and Dealer management at Zonal level.
- Experience of Channel Management.
- Should have the prior experience of handling Sales in concerned entire zone.
- Strong people management skills.
