The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing and nurturing partnerships with Tier 1 banks, PSU banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions. This individual will play a key role in expanding our business by creating strategic alliances and driving new business opportunities. Responsibilities: Alliance Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with Tier banks, PSU banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions. Identify and establish strategic alliances to drive business growth and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial sector. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through the acquisition of new partnerships and clients. Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the financial industry. Utilize market insights to identify potential areas for business expansion. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business strategies and objectives. Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved. Draft and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience in business development and alliance-building within the financial sector. Strong network and previous experience working with Tier 1 banks, PSU banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets. Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and identify growth opportunities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
