Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Cloud Operations Admin (Team Leader) located in Pune, with flexibility for some remote work. The Cloud Operations Admin (Team Leader) will be responsible for managing the Cloud Operations team, ensuring uptime and accuracy of systems, monitoring and reporting on system performance, managing incident response, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Customer service skills to support and educate end-users
- Administrative assistance skills to manage resources and prioritize tasks
- Experience managing a team in a cloud operations environment
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (particularly AWS)
- Knowledge of DevOps principles, agile methodologies, and ITIL framework
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
